I stuck with bet on through a rough patch in version 2 and the version 3 payoff was real. Offline playback buffers the next item while the current one plays, so gaps are rare. The commute test is the one that keeps me loyal.

Came to bet on after the competitor I used for a year sunset their free tier. The theme applied in bet on overrides the system theme, which is exactly what I need for reading. Still the best option in this category for my specific use case.

My opinion of bet on improved dramatically after I figured out the custom notification settings. The in-app browser opens links without kicking me out of what I was doing. Hard to switch away once the workflow clicks into place.
